Classic eBooks

I came across this site a couple of days ago. It contains eBooks of many classic works of childrens’ literature: Alice in Wonderland, A Christmas Carol, Oliver Twist, the Jungle Book, and many more. Click the link below to open the site. It works fine on PocketPC, and ebooks can be downloaded straight onto your device:

Send in your best eBooks and Sketchies

Once teachers have been trained in posting content to the blog, learners will be able to submit their best work into this site (via their teacher) for others acround the city of Wolverhampton to download, review and comment upon.

For the time being, however, if you have any work that you are particularly proud of, show it to your teacher and they can email it to me. I’m particularly interested in eBook and Sketchy files you’ve created. I’ll then post files into the blog for you.

I’ve set up a separate email address to use for this: email@learning2goblog.org. When sending work, please state:

  • Your school name
  • Teacher name
  • Student first name (optional)

I’m looking forward to seeing your work!
